Psychologist

Hi, I’m a therapist with a deep fascination for the way thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are interconnected. This led me to pursue a bachelor’s in Psychology, followed by a Master’s in Forensic Psychology where I explored different intricacies of the human mind in a specific context. I further honed my skills with a Post Graduate Certificate in Counselling focusing on integrated REBT(Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy) and Play Therapy. Along the way, I’ve also explored various child counselling courses to expand my expertise in working with younger minds.

I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work at a helpline, where I handled diverse cases across different age groups. Now I’m excited to be a part of Mental Knots, where I offer individual counselling sessions aimed at helping people untangle their mental knots. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me – I look forward to being a part of your journey toward better mental well-being!

Psychologist

Hi, I’m specialised in Clinical Psychology and I’m an Assistant Professor at HPT college, Nashik. I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, comfortable, and truly heard without any fear of judgment. I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a collaborative process, where we gently explore your experiences together at a pace that feels right for you.

In my work, I use approaches like REBT and CBT to support you through emotional challenges and relationship concerns. My focus is on helping you make sense of what you’re going through, build resilience, and move towards meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of work, I’m a bit of a coffee enthusiast and I truly value those small moments of pause. As a part of Mental Knots, I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey helping you untangle things, one step at a time.

Mansi Gosavi

Psychologist

Hi, I’m specialised in Clinical Psychology and I’m an Expressive Movement Therapy trainee as well. I am deeply interested in understanding how our mind and body work together, especially in moments when words feel difficult or not enough.

I believe that sometimes, what we cannot express through words finds its way through our body, emotions, and creative expression. My approach to therapy goes beyond just talking. I integrate Expressive Movement Therapy, creative processes, and CBT to help you explore and understand your inner world in a more holistic way.

I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, tune into yourself, and explore your emotions at your own pace. Whether it’s making sense of overwhelming thoughts or gently working through emotions using movement and expression, I am here to support you through the process.

Outside of sessions, I find myself drawn to movement and creative expression, which continue to shape how I understand healing and connection. As a part of Mental Knots, I look forward to help you reconnect with your authentic self.
